Wayne State University Society of Physics Students has annouced that this years undergraduate conference will be held on November 20th. Abstracts are due by November 6th. Click here for more details.

Movie Night Movie: "Shaun of the Dead" This movie is rated R.
Movie Night Date and Time: 5:30 Friday (10/23)
Movie Night location: We will be meeting at in room 319 in the basement of Old Main for pizza and then moving over to the planetarium at about 6:15 to watch "Shaun of the Dead", a zombie comedy.
If you plan on eating food, please bring $3 to cover the cost of pizza. Feel free to bring friends, all faculty, students, and staff are welcome.

Next Friday (10/30) we will have a bake sale between the hours of 11 and 4.  Baked goods and warm cider will be available for sale in room 156.  We will also be going around the building with a cart throughout the day.
